Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all software products ("Products") purchased through this store, including Check with Stan, Plan with Stan, and any additional Products we release. All Products are delivered entirely digitally — we do not sell or ship any physical goods, and no physical returns are applicable to any purchase.

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc. as our Merchant of Record. Refund requests, billing disputes, and this policy are administered by us; Lemon Squeezy handles the payment processing itself.

Subscription Products

Subscription Products (billed monthly or on another recurring basis) are billed month-to-month with no refunds for any billing period once charged.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancelling stops future billing — you will not be charged for the next billing period.
• We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for the current or any past billing period.
• If a Product offers a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.

One-Time Purchase Products

Products sold as a single, one-time purchase are final sale and non-refundable. Because these Products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a one-time purchase is completed.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you already cancelled), contact us at the email below and we will review and correct any genuine billing error.
